Most people think of athletic sports as a safe and innocent haven for children and their parents. The book is a testimony of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and how He turned this adversity into triumph over evil, and victory over defeat. There are millions of youth involved in competitive sports. Hopefully, the story will alert parents and their children to seek protection in the Lord, not only in athletic activities, but all areas of their lives.
