A mortal by the name of Patrick leads the search for Megan after her disappearance on Christmas Day. He too is led into the land of Fae where he is re-united with Megan. An unexpected turn of events forces them to choose between their new-found friends and the land above the faery hill where their mortal loved ones await their return. The story takes the reader on an adventurous journey that is filled with magic and fraught with danger.
