      In the 22nd Century, Planet Earth has evolved into The Eternal Kingdom of Peace. Ruled by one King, decision is made to initiate a Mission into neighboring planets to help them attain the same perfect state .A Planet called Balder is to be the first. An Emissary from Balder is invited to travel to Earth to be instructed in its ways. A space shuttle is launched from Earth when Halley's comet passes in 2138. The shuttle rides the comet's tail, and arrives near Balder in 2188. After some shuttle exchanges, The Emissary travels to Earth. The Emissary learns, that since 2005, downsizing and mergers reduced the number of organizations to one Planet Earth Inc. Human participation has ceased; work is executed by robots and computers. There is universal profit sharing, total financial comfort, no crime and no war.
