Kern Beare, a former Silicon Valley communications professional, possesses deep expertise in interpersonal communication and conflict resolution. His work focuses on healing relationships and unlocking our capacity for creative collaboration through workshops and seminars. His engagement in this field began in the 1980s, focusing on educational programs about the obsolescence of war and the imperative of non-violent conflict resolution. He later contributed to expanding the mission of organizations addressing social and environmental issues and co-founded an initiative for online workshops on essential skills for our interconnected world. More recently, he launched a project dedicated to facilitating difficult conversations to address societal divides.
