Maya is an imaginative little girl who has lots of fears. When faced with situations that frighten her, she comes up with quick and comical excuses for getting out of them. One day Maya's fears cause a complete melt down, but her parents quickly help her realize that it's all right to be scared sometimes. Through their love and patience Maya finds a way to deal with being afraid.
