Francesco Saba Sardi was an Italian writer, essayist, and translator. A gifted polyglot, he possessed expertise in seven languages, which informed his extensive translation work. Beyond translation, he was a prolific author, contributing fifty-six books across various literary forms, including novels, essays, travelogues, and poetry collections, showcasing a wide-ranging engagement with diverse subjects.
