Joanne I. Moore Books

Joanne Moore is the Director of the Washington State Office of Public Defense. She founded the Parents Representation Program, which is nationally recognized as one of the largest and most successful parent representation programs. Ms. Moore oversees the program's ongoing quality and is responsible for numerous other state-funded public defense initiatives.
