Judith Eckle Kohler

    Judith Eckle-Kohler studied computer science with a focus on computational linguistics at the University of Stuttgart. She then worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Computational Linguistics at the University of Stuttgart for three years. After a research stay at Stanford University (USA) as a DAAD scholar, she completed her doctorate in computational linguistics in 1999. Since the birth of her two children in 1999 and 2001, she has been working as a freelance management consultant. From 2005 to 2007, she worked at Saarland University in Saarbrücken in her husband Michael Kohler's research group, where she researched statistical methods in computational linguistics.
