This book constitutes the proceedings of the Third International Conference on Parallel Computing Technologies, PaCT '95, held in St. Petersburg, Russia in September 1995. The volume presents 45 revised full papers selected from a total of 98 submissions, including six invited presentations. The proceedings is organized in parts on theory, software, hardware and architecture, and applications to large-scale problems.
