This book is a synopsis of up-to-date knowledge on the quantification of ocular blood perfusion and originates from expert lectures held at the 1995 Glaucoma Meeting in Switzerland. In the first section, a profound overview of the anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of ocular perfusion enables the reader to gain distinct new insights into the pathogenesis of ocular diseases. The second part of the publication describes the different measuring methods that are currently applied in clinical practice and in research.
