Coagulation inflammation interface: coagulation assembly on leucocytes
Authors
More about the book
This book critically reviews the most recent experimental advances on the cellular and molecular interface between coagulation and inflammation. Emphasis is placed on the structural and functional analysis of the molecules and receptors mediating the assembly of coagulation on leukocytes and on the functional and signaling consequences of these interactions. The overall goal is to provide an updated perspective on the emerging concept of leukocyte assembly of coagulation as a new signaling cascade participating not only in the hemostatic balance but also in the regulation of inflammatory and vascular cell responses.
