A total of 104 species of lichenicolous fungi have been documented in Colombia, including 41 newly described species. These include Abrothallus hypotrachynae, A. stereocaulorum, A. stictarum, Arthonia colombiana, A. digitospora, A. tremelloides, Buelliella colombiana, Capronia leptogii, Endococcus oropogonicola, Lettauia hypotrachynae, Nanostictis pluriseptatum, N. stictae, Nectriopsis guamuesii, N. heterodermiae, Neobarya ciliaris, N. usneae, Niesslia globospora, N. schyzospora, N. tetrahedrospora, Pezizella stictae, Pleoscutula hypotrachynae, Pronectria leptaleoides, P. leptogii, P. microspora, P. roseopuncta, P. sticticola, Roselliniella ramirezii, R. stictae, Skyttea anziae, Stigmidium heterodermiae, S. leptogii, Strigula dichosporidii, Trichonectria hypotrachynae, T. setadpressa, T. usneicola, Tubeufia pannariae, and T. eriodermae. Additionally, new genera have been introduced: Globonectria with C. cochensis, Hypotrachynicola with H. rubra, Nigromacula with N. hypotrachynae, and Rhagadostomella with R. gregaria. A new combination, Nectriopsis lichenophila, is also proposed.
