Clegg & Guttmann, who once stocked a glass-fronted bookshelf and left it outdoors for public browsing, and recently built the title anti-monument, write that "the present publication has two distinct aims. The first is to present in depth a single work," the second to assemble their writing on public art. Happily "the two aims are complementary.
