Particularly, it deals with the selection of trading partners and price choice in markets that suffer from moral hazard and thereby also focuses on the role of reputation building in these markets. Moreover, it investigates how competition induced by a relative evaluation of team members affects behavior in organizations and provides evidence how contract design can influence the decision to work in a team.
