More about the book
The principle objective of this thesis is to give a comprehensive overview of the determinants of the composition of private capital flows to EMEs. Two issues are highlighted in this investigation: The first aim is to discriminate between the overall investment environment in EMEs and specific corporate decisions when explaining the structure of capital flows. The second aim is to search for empirical evidence of the interrelation between the composition of capital flows and country and corporate factors, respectively.
