More about the book
Ulrike Böhme is an artist who works in the context of public places. As a platform for creative interventions, she chooses unremarkable places: a noisy construction site or an underground car park for example. The public works presented include an intervention at the site of the New Library, Stuttgart 2008, Memory, memory modules for a hotel that was once a water tower, Hamburg 2007 and Hohenstein TABLE, a new ritual for five villages that bear the name, Hohenstein 2003-2022.
