The Second International Conference on Networks and Communications, the Second International Conference on Wireless and Mobile Networks, and the Second International Conference on Web and Semantic Technology took place in Chennai, India, from July 23–25, 2010. These events attracted a diverse group of local and international delegates, fostering collaboration between Eastern and Western intellects. All submissions underwent a rigorous peer-review process conducted by expert reviewers selected from a talented pool of Technical Committee members and external reviewers. Papers were evaluated based on their contributions, technical content, originality, and clarity, ensuring high-quality discourse and collaboration in the relevant themes and tracks of the workshops.
