More about the book
The aim of this study is to better understand the impact of property efficiency on investor's and occupier's performance. In the course of the investigation, evidence is found that so far property efficiency has rarely been considered when evaluating the investor's property performance. But also occupiers are unsure about the advantages of efficient space utilization. Results show the importance of further cooperation between investors and occupiers to enhance the integration of sustainability in the real estate sector. Elaine Wilke studied Architecture, Real Estate Economics and Management as well as Real Estate Investment Management. She works currently in the area of advisory real estate.
