In the light of Amarna

Because of the date of discovery of the Nefertiti bust at the 6th of december in 1912 Ägyptisches Museum und Papyrussammlung of the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin present a special exhibition about the time of Amarna in the Neue Museum at the Museumsinsel Berlin. Exhibition and catalogue focus on the findings out of the inventory of Berlin which are never shown before and describe the age of Amarna in its culture-historical context. All facets of this era are explained. Theologie, art and all day life are the main aspects.
