Can man control nature? The Munich artist Judith Eggers considers this to be impossible. Egger concentrates on the uncontrollable forces of nature in her performances, installations and objects. She is particularly devoted to the phenomena of nature, which others feel as rather repulsive or threatening: As crawls and creeps, bursts and swells, often accompanied by light scenes and sounds. Judith Egger considers nature to be strong, unpredictable and not scientifically fully explorable. This is also reflected in her works, which leave the viewer somewhere between fright and anxiety. The artist's book now shows works from the last seven years.
