In this book I don�t want to adress the negative effects but rather the positive effects of various vital points, which are identical to the points known in acupuncture and acupressure.When correctly practising karate basics and katas, you will touch those points thousands of times. As I am familiar with the SHOTOKAN style, I refer to the 27 Shotokan Kata in this book. The system presented here is, of course, applicable to all forms of martial arts including some weapon forms as well.
