More about the book

In this collection of art drawings, a boy is depicted in all his beauty and innocent naturalness. Tragically, 90% of the drawings featured were destroyed by the Augsburg prosecutor following a police raid in 2020. This incident marks the largest art destruction since the Nazi actions of March 1939. The true story behind this event can be found in the book "Reichskristall / It happened in broad DAYlight," also available from Tredition. The artist expresses a desire to offer his drawings on children's rights, which have been showcased in various exhibitions and published in books, as part of a foundation. The intention is for these artworks to be accessible to the public as a donation. The collection includes approximately 1,000 drawings, some of which are presented in this book. The destruction of these artworks highlights a significant loss, and the artist's commitment to promoting children's rights through his work remains steadfast.
