15 years of knowledge management

This book contains some significant contributions that are representative of 15 years of Knowledge Management research. Most of them have been published in preliminary form in one of the ISMICK conferences that were held since the early nineties. The ISMICK society is a network of scientists and practitioners working in the field of knowledge management.
