The European Expert Group on Health in Restructuring (HIRES), coordinated by Prof. Dr. Thomas Kieselbach from the University of Bremen and supported by the European Commission's DG Employment, provides a comprehensive overview of the impacts of restructuring and suggests frameworks for "healthier restructuring."
