This volume contains the papers read at the 10th MICAH (10th Mainz International Colloquium on Ancient Hebrew), held at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz, October 28-30, 2011. For publication, most of the papers, which were read in German, English, and French, have been expanded considerably, so as to take into account the most recent research and the discussions at the Colloquium itself.
