Gertrude has made the big mistake of opening the book „Do it yourself!“ one more time. Actually she only wants to have a look for the little cloud. She's too old to climb up steep mountains and therefore she rises high into the air in a tethered balloon. But just on that day the wind blows stronger than ever. It tears the balloon of its leash, takes it away to the east and the journey into the adventure begins. Gertrude and her faithful dog Wilmar fly away across land and oceans until they reach a distant and magical land. India! Beneath them lies the kingdom of snake charmers and elephants, a sea of colours everywhere they look.
