Scholarly approaches to religion, interreligious perceptions and Islam

The present book is the first volume of the series Studia Religiosa Helvetica . A third of the articles focus on the relationship between Europe and the Islamic world. The rest of the book contains contributions on - the scholarly study of religion - the religious relevance of the body, health, and salvation - perceptions of other religions in ancient Egypt, medieval Islam, and modern Judaism.
