Nigeria is a multi-religious nation with a federal system of government. Under this situation, politics is played along religious inclination which breeds many conflicts. The author analyses the tenets of the three main religious groups in Nigeria - the African traditional religion, Christianity and Islam - to see how they could co-operate and contribute to peaceful co-existence among Nigerians irrespective of their religious affiliations.
