Just as Michael Dillon, a hotel manager in Belfast, thinks he has sorted out his emotional life, he gets involved in the Northern Ireland 'Troubles' in a very personal way. He is forced to kill Rev. Pottinger, a speaker for the Orange Order. If he doesn't, the IRA threatens to kill his wife. Should he call the police and save many lives, or should he do what he is told and save his wife's life?
