Lon Las Cymru, the 251 mile cycling challenge from Holyhead to Cardiff or Chepstow, takes in a wide variety of memorable landscapes from the valleys of South Wales to the pastoral lanes of Angelsey, passing though the magnificent National Parks of Snowdonia and the Brecon Beacons.
