This is the first of 2 books to introduce children to famous notable people who have changed the world in which we live. The notable people are Rosa Parks, Emily Davison, Christoipher Columbus, Neil Armstrong, Nelson Mandela, William Caxton and Sir Tim Berners-Lee. There are a number of powerpoint slide shows and equivalent open office odp files. There are also three free interactive white board activities on the disc, a file of images for the children to use and the worksheets from the book, for the teacher to use. The people mentioned here are all in statutory orders, this is a vitally important book for key stage 2 teachers.
