At any other time Fin would have been just another boy, always in trouble. But this is the time of the angel wars and Fin is the Messenger who carries a great power, a dagger set with ancient stones. Within hours of the dagger being given to him, Fin and his friends are running for their lives in a breathtaking chase across the Highlands of Scotland to take the stones to the island of Iona.
