Only once have City finished in the top ten; four times they have finished in the bottom eight. In those seven seasons they looked far more likely to suffer further relegation than to return to the Promised Land. This was never more true than in 2007-08, when the Sky Blues needed results elsewhere to keep their heads above water. This book contains a season-by-season written and full statistical history of the Sky Blues from 2001-2008 including brief match reports for every game played during this period.
