More about the book

Bearded Dragons are Australian members of the family of Agamidae. They are large, spectacular and easily tamed lizards that have proved quite easy to breed in captivity and are popular with petkeepers. A number of colour forms have been selectively bred. Nearly all agamids are showy lizards, many of which are colourful and have crests and other ornamentation designed to make them look bigger to predators and rivals, and more attractive to the opposite sex. The book is written in a very accessible and easy to understand style and is illustrated with a wealth of colour photographs and illustrations, which visually support the comprehensive text.
