Fantasy novel first published in 1999. First in the Sevenwaters trilogy. Based on 'The Six Swans' from the Grimm brothers' collection. Sorcha, the youngest child of Lord Colum of Sevenwaters is destined to defend her family and protect her land from the Britons, as her father has been bewitched by Lady Oonagh, who has bound her six brothers by a spell that only Sorcha can remove. Second volume of the trilogy is 'Son of Shadows'.
