Ilka Scheidgen führte über drei Jahre Gespräche mit Risch, die als Pionierin der Schmuckkunst gilt und an der Kunsthochschule Burg Giebichenstein ausgebildet wurde. Ihre Werke sind bis heute in Museen und Ausstellungen präsent.
