Mermaid Party. Not quite a Mermaid 4

Electra, a nine-year-old mermaid with legs, is eager to be chosen as the Queen of the New Year on Mermaid Island. Along with her dolphin friend Splash, they create a mess while decorating the grotto. When they discover a dangerous tunnel, they must save the island from a group of sharks with the help of a giant squid.
