Armando Basile, born in 1947 in Italy, moved to Germany at 17. After experiencing back pain, he began cycling, turning a shared hobby into a solo adventure after losing his wife in 2004. Over 40 years, he rode 1.5 million kilometers, forming friendships and sharing his experiences in this work.
