Words to Live By

Reflecting on parenting and education in 1999, the author created a unique resource called Words To Live By (WTLB), designed to instill values and morals in his daughters. This workbook features a dictionary-like format, with each page dedicated to a concept such as honesty or love, including space for personal notes and drawings. As the children grew, the focus shifted to quotes and reflections. The author's commitment to sharing these insights evolved into a blog, leading to the weekly tradition of sending out inspirational messages, known as Frey Freyday.
