His ambition leads to chaos as he struggles to control the chariot, threatening the earth's destruction. To prevent catastrophe, Zeus intervenes with a fatal bolt. The score is a newly engraved edition by Richard W. Sargeant, Jr., showcasing the dramatic narrative and emotional depth of this 1873 composition.
