Tracking Time

When a physician goes for a quick run and doesn't return, NYPD detective April Woo believes he is alive. Ordering a search using the city's best K-9 tracking unit, she goes outside her jurisdiction and authority. It takes the brutal murder of a witness for April to be believed, but she's no closer to cracking what might be the most disturbing crime spree she's ever faced.
