More about the book
Focusing on the effectiveness of the Data Collaborative Model (DCM), the study examines its impact on teacher effectiveness in schools over three years. It compares six high implementation schools with six low implementation schools based on state assessment results. While no significant difference was found in reading scores, math scores showed improvement linked to earlier Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). The findings indicate that high implementation schools had better assessment passing rates and that teachers had a greater understanding and application of the DCM compared to administrators.
