Effect of monetary policy on exchange rate in Rwanda

Focusing on the impact of monetary policy on Rwanda's exchange rate, this study evaluates four key factors: monetary stock, interest rates, oil prices, and government expenditure. It employs a quantitative research design, analyzing secondary data from 2000 to 2022 to draw conclusions. The research includes a comprehensive literature review covering essential concepts, theoretical frameworks, and identifies research gaps, providing a thorough exploration of how these elements influence exchange rates in Rwanda.
