Assessment of New Energy Use Policy in Land Use Planning

Focusing on energy policy efficiency, this study evaluates California's approach to new energy use across 37 counties with updated energy plans. It explores how local planning aligns with state policies, identifies which strategies have gained traction, and suggests models for other regions, particularly Guangdong Province in China. By analyzing six specific policies, the research aims to highlight successful practices and provide recommendations for enhancing new energy adoption in similar contexts.
