The Carrion

Set in the decaying town of Yegua, Texas, the story follows Veterinarian William Clayton as he compromises his values by aligning with the international agriculture company Naturalzyme. Despite knowing the risks associated with their products, he chooses to promote and hide the looming disaster they pose, exploring themes of ethics, community decay, and personal integrity in the face of corporate greed.
