The story follows Orpheus, a legendary minstrel, who is heartbroken after his wife Eurydice's death. Despite the healing powers of the Golden Fleece, he cannot bring her back. In his grief, he plays a haunting melody that moves the rulers of the Underworld, granting him a chance to rescue Eurydice. However, he faces a daunting challenge: he must not look back until they reach the surface, or he will lose her forever.
