Falling in Love

Set against the backdrop of Venice's opera scene, the story follows Commissario Guido Brunetti as he investigates a series of unsettling events surrounding soprano Flavia Petrelli. After a triumphant performance, Flavia is troubled by ominous gifts from an anonymous admirer, leading Brunetti to uncover the darker side of obsession. When a young singer is violently attacked, the stakes rise, and Brunetti must delve into the mind of a potentially dangerous fan to protect Flavia and others from harm.
