Assessing the Level of Stakeholder Involvement During Planning Stage of Public Sector Construction Projects in Pakistan

Effective stakeholder management is vital for the success of construction projects, particularly during the planning stages. This research evaluates the level of stakeholder involvement within the Pakistani construction industry, identifying key stakeholders such as clients, project teams, and local communities.
