Focusing on fifth-grade urban students, the study explores the impact of the lesson study model on motivation and performance in Mathematics. It reviews literature linking motivation to achievement and technology, while observing interactive web-based activities to enhance engagement. Adjustments to lessons were made based on these observations. Findings indicate that incorporating interactive computer games positively influenced student motivation, engagement, and performance, as evidenced by improved scores on standardized and teacher-created tests.
