The Wrong Coat: A Fishen-Rodd Mystery

Set in a Colorado retirement community, two widowed friends, Beryl and Nadine, embark on a thrilling adventure after Beryl mistakenly takes the wrong coat. What begins as a minor mix-up escalates when they discover clues hidden in the coat's pockets, leading them to suspect a deliberate swap. Fueled by indignation, the duo transforms from ordinary retirees into amateur sleuths, using a grocery list, a library slip, and other items to track down a thief, ultimately uncovering a much darker mystery involving murder.
